arkmetis offers plans for every team size -- from solo freelancers to large agencies.

Project limits apply globally across all teams, not per team.

Free Tier

The free starting point -- no time limit:

• 1 project, all features available for testing
• 100 credits upon registration
• Monthly refill, mid-month bonus when balance = 0
• Crawl frequency limited (max 1x per week)
• No custom AI connector possible

Ideal for trying out: Test all features with one project. When you need more, upgrade to a paid plan.

Paid Plans

BYOAI -- Bring Your Own AI

Starting from the Starter plan, connect your own AI connector:

• OpenRouter (recommended) -- One gateway, many models, cost-optimized
• Ollama -- Self-hosted models, full control
• Custom Endpoints -- Any OpenAI-compatible API endpoint

AI costs are paid directly to the provider -- not to arkmetis. This keeps platform costs predictable and AI usage unlimited.

• All 28 AI Toolkit tools in 5 categories
• Missions (guided multi-tool workflows)
• Voice Learning (User Voice + Project Voice)
• Reports, alerts, webhooks
• Team management with roles

• Client Access (read-only for clients)

Upgrade & Downgrade

1. Go to Billing (via the profile menu)
2. Choose the desired plan
3. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
4. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period

Lifetime Plan

Pay once, use forever:

• €2,398.80 one-time (€1,999.00 net + 20% VAT)
• Equivalent to the Business plan (25 projects)
• Own AI connector
• All future features included
• No recurring costs

Payment

Billing runs through Mollie -- a European, PCI-certified payment provider:

• Credit card, SEPA direct debit, Bancontact, iDEAL, and more
• arkmetis does not store any payment data
• Invoices available as PDF under Billing → Invoices

Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time -- directly in the billing area or via the quick link in every subscription email. No minimum term.

Dedicated Server (Add-on)

For teams with high crawl volume or custom integrations:

• +€49/month as an add-on to any paid plan
• Own worker server for crawls and AI jobs
• Own IP address, no shared queue
• Full API access for custom integrations
• Priority processing
