Roles & Permissions
arkmetis has four roles with graduated permissions. This way, everyone gets exactly the access they need – no more and no less.

Owner
The team creator. There is always exactly one owner per team. Full control over everything.
Important: The owner cannot be removed or demoted.
Admin
Almost like the owner – can manage projects, team, and billing. However, admins cannot remove members or delete the team. Ideal for co-founders or senior staff.
Editor
Can actively work with projects: start crawls, use AI tools, generate results. However, editors cannot create or delete projects, or change team settings. Perfect for project managers and specialists.
Viewer
Read-only access. Can see all results and dashboards but cannot change or trigger anything. Ideal for clients you want to give insight into their results.
Tip for agencies: Create a viewer account for each client. That way your client can review their results on their own, without you having to send screenshots all the time.
