Voice Profile

The Voice Profile is the heart of personalization. arkmetis learns how you and your brand write – and automatically adapts all AI-generated texts to match that style.

Two Voices

arkmetis distinguishes two levels:

  • User Voice (account-wide) – Your personal writing style. Applies to all projects and is learned from your edits, notes, and prompts.
  • Project Voice (per project) – Your client's brand voice. Derived from crawled website content and your adjustments.

Editing the Voice Profile

The profile consists of an automatically generated text that describes the writing style. You can:

  • View profile – Read the AI-generated style description
  • Edit manually – Adjust the text directly (max 5,000 characters)
  • Reset – Return to the auto-generated profile

How does arkmetis learn? Every time you edit an AI-generated text – for example, refining a tool result or changing a phrasing – arkmetis collects these adjustments as writing samples. After enough samples, the profile is automatically updated.

Writing Directives

Below the Voice Profile you'll find three directive sections that you can fill with tags:

Grammar Rules

Specific grammar guidelines, e.g. "No passive voice", "Prefer short sentences", "Use Oxford comma".

Writing Rules

Stylistic guidelines, e.g. "Use informal address", "No jargon", "Always end with a call to action".

Avoided Words

Words that should never be used, e.g. "innovative", "synergistic", "holistic".

Tip: You can define up to 20 grammar/writing rules and 50 avoided words. These are included as context in every AI generation.

Preferred Terms

Here you can define term pairs – a word the AI should avoid, and the preferred alternative:

Brand Context

The Brand Context gives the AI the business background:

  • Brand Name – What's the brand called?
  • Industry – What sector is the client in?
  • Target Audience – Who should be addressed?
  • Style Notes – Special notes about brand tone

Auto-detect Industry

Click "Detect Industry" – arkmetis analyzes the crawled website content and suggests a matching industry.

Brand Profile (Visual)

The Brand Profile stores visual brand elements:

  • Colors – Primary, secondary, accent, neutrals
  • Fonts – Heading font and body font

Auto-detect Brand Profile

Click "Detect Brand Profile" – arkmetis extracts colors and fonts directly from the crawled website.

Why does this matter? The Voice Profile and Brand Context flow into every AI call as system context. This ensures all generated texts sound like they come from you or your brand – not from a generic AI.
