Team Management

arkmetis is built for teams. Invite colleagues, assign roles, and collaborate on projects together.

Team overview

Under Team (accessible via the profile menu) you'll see:

  • Team name – Your agency or company name
  • Members – All active team members with their roles
  • Invitations – Pending invitations that haven't been accepted yet

Inviting members

  1. Click "Invite Member"
  2. Enter the email address
  3. Choose a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
  4. Click "Send Invitation"

The invited colleague receives an email with a signup link. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Already registered? If the email address already has an arkmetis account, the user is added to the team directly.

Removing members

Only the team owner can remove members:

  1. Click the remove icon next to the member
  2. Confirm the action

The removed user keeps their account but loses access to the team's projects.

Switching between teams

You can be a member of multiple teams (e.g. your own agency + a client's team). Switch via the profile menu -> Team selection. Each team has its own projects, credits, and settings.

Creating a new team

Under Team -> "Create New Team" you can set up an additional team. Useful if you want to separate personal projects from agency projects, for example.
