Account Setup

After registering, the setup wizard guides you through 4 quick steps. Don't worry -- everything can be changed later.

Step 1: Your areas of expertise

Select the areas you work in. This helps arkmetis provide more relevant suggestions and explanations.

Tip: Are you a web designer and SEO specialist? Select both. The better arkmetis knows you, the more tailored the AI assistants become.

Step 2: Your team

Configure the basic settings for your team:

  • Team name -- e.g., your agency or company name
  • Language -- German or English
  • Timezone -- For accurate timestamps in reports and alerts
  • Legal form & country -- Required for invoicing

Step 3: Industry & focus

Tell arkmetis which industry you work in and what services you offer. This feeds into the AI assistants -- a web designer for medical practices gets different suggestions than one for e-commerce shops.

Step 4: Summary

Review your entries and complete the setup. As a welcome gift, you receive 100 free credits.

After setup

You'll land on the dashboard and can get started right away:

  1. Create your first project -- Click "Create first project"
  2. Add a domain -- Enter your client's website
  3. Run your first check -- One credit, all results

Good to know: All settings from the setup can be found later under Profile and Team Management. Nothing is set in stone.
