Using Tools

Every tool in the AI Toolkit follows the same simple workflow: provide your inputs, generate, and use the result.

The Tool Wizard

Each tool guides you step by step:

1. Fill in the fields

Depending on the tool, there are different input fields. For example, the Persona Generator asks for:

  • Target audience (e.g. "Women 30-45, health-conscious")
  • Context (e.g. "Dental practice in Vienna")
  • Focus areas (e.g. "Anxious patients, families")

2. Auto-fill

You don't have to type everything yourself. arkmetis offers:

  • Fill from project context – Industry, target audience, and brand are pulled in automatically
  • AI assistance – For creative fields, the AI can suggest content
  • Auto-fill everything – One click fills all fields based on your project

Tip: Use "Auto-fill everything" as a starting point and then adjust the details. It saves time while still producing personalized results.

3. Generate

Click "Generate" (costs 1 credit). The job runs in the background – for complex tools this may take 10-30 seconds. You'll see a progress indicator.

4. Read the result

The result is displayed as formatted text – with headings, lists, and tables. No raw data clutter.

Managing results

Under "Results" in the sidebar you'll find all generated outputs:

  • Filter by tool, mission, or time period
  • Group by tool or mission
  • Status: Pending, Complete, Failed

Sharing a result

Want to share the result with your client?

  1. Click "Share"
  2. Optional: Set a password and choose an expiration date
  3. You'll receive a public link

The client can view the result without logging in – cleanly formatted in the arkmetis design.

Regenerate

Not satisfied? Click "Regenerate" – the same inputs will be processed by the AI again. Each regeneration costs 1 credit.

Credit transparency

Before you generate, you always see:

  • Your current credit balance
  • How many credits this action costs
  • A warning if your balance is running low
