Reports

Reports let you create professional website reports – as PDF, CSV, or JSON. Perfect for client presentations, team meetings, or your own documentation.

What You See

The report overview shows all generated reports with:

  • Type – Weekly, monthly, or custom date range
  • Format – PDF, CSV, or JSON
  • Period – Which time range is covered?
  • Created – When was the report generated?
  • File Size – How large is the file?
  • Included Sections – SEO, GEO, A11y, PageSpeed, Content, Security

While a report is being generated, you'll see a pulsing "Generating" badge. The page updates automatically once the report is ready.

Creating a Report

  1. Open Reports in the sidebar
  2. Click "Create Report"
  3. Choose the Type (Weekly, Monthly, Custom)
  4. Choose the Format (PDF, CSV, JSON)
  5. For custom type: Set start and end date
  6. Optional: Enable White-Label to remove arkmetis branding
  7. Click "Generate"

Tip: Reports are free – they don't cost any credits.

Downloading a Report

Click the download button next to a completed report. PDF reports include:

  • Project name and time period
  • KPI cards with all scores (SEO, A11y, PageSpeed, GEO)
  • Issue overview by category and severity
  • Recommendations and fix suggestions
  • Trend charts for score development

Deleting a Report

Click the trash icon and confirm the action. Deleted reports cannot be recovered.

White-Label Reports

When you enable white-label mode, the arkmetis logo and branding are removed from the report. This lets you forward reports directly to clients as if they were from your own agency.

Note: White-label requires a Business plan.

Client Reports are interactive reports that you can share with your clients – including feedback capabilities.

  2. Click "Create Report"
  3. Enter a title and description

  • Per-page feedback – Approve, request changes, or leave a comment
  • Comments – The client can write general or page-specific comments
  • Password protection – Optional, so only authorized people can view the report
