Missions (Guided Workflows)

Missions are pre-built workflows that connect multiple AI tools in the right order. Instead of using individual tools one after another, a mission guides you step by step through a complete process.

Example: Brand Development

A typical mission might look like this:

  1. Strategy Analysis -> Develop positioning and USPs
  2. Persona Creation -> Generate 3 audience profiles
  3. Content Strategy -> Build an editorial plan based on the personas
  4. Design Brief -> Define the visual direction to match the strategy

Each step builds on the previous one. The persona creation knows the strategy results; the content plan knows the personas.

Starting a mission

  1. Go to "Missions" in the sidebar
  2. Choose a mission template
  3. Preview it: Which tools, what order, how many credits
  4. Optionally give the mission a name (e.g. "Brand Development Mueller")
  5. Click "Start Mission"

Running a mission

The mission view shows all steps as a tracker:

  • Completed – Result is ready, next step unlocked
  • Current – This step is up next
  • Locked – Only available after the previous step is done
  • Skipped – Optional steps can be skipped

Executing a step

Click "Execute" – you'll be taken to the tool wizard, but with the mission context:

  • Results from previous steps are automatically included
  • Input fields are pre-filled
  • The result is automatically linked to the mission

Managing a mission

  • Pause – Continue later (everything is preserved)
  • Resume – Pick up where you left off
  • Cancel – Mark the mission as cancelled
  • Delete – Remove the mission and all its results

Credit cost

Each step costs 1 credit (same as a single tool usage). You can see the total cost of a mission in the preview before you start.

Tip: Missions are ideal for new projects. Start with a "Brand Development" mission and within an hour you'll have strategy, personas, content plan, and design brief – all aligned with each other.
